个人简历:

凌元锦、日本归侨、博士、教授、硕士生导师。在日本工作期间,担任Techno Management Solutions Ltd.公司董事、开发部长、首席研究员。主持研发了化工安全生命周期管理系统集成软件。该软件集成了计算机辅助HAZOP分析、故障树自动生成与分析、可视化设备管理、在线故障诊断、可视化变更管理、操作规程可视化管理六大系统,在日本多家石化企业和科研单位得到了应用验证。技术成果在2012年3月获得了日本化学工程师学会技术奖,并在日本申请了专利。
